offer you membership in its Priority
Client Services program.
Our goal is to establish a priority
relationship between your organization
and a team of Black Diamond specialists
dedicated to working with your company.
As a member of Priority Client Services,
you will work directly with a specialist
familiar with your needs as a priority
customer.
Who can become a member?
Any valid Black Diamond customer in the
legal, medical, private or public sector
is eligible for membership.
How the Priority Client Services
Membership works
STEP 1
When you need Black Diamond, call
1.888.TEAM.PCS (1.888.832.6727). You
will automatically be connected to a PCS
specialist who will assist you.
STEP 2
Give the PCS specialist your PCS member
ID number.
STEP 3
Your account information will be
immediately accessed in our computer
system. Your PCS specialist will be able
to see your regular order requirements
and preferences. The specialist will
help you with the following:

Reoccurring Reservations
•
Authorizations
